Alyce's Dunscroft by-the-Sea Review
This charming, luxurious beach house sits a half block from Nantucket Sound and within walking distance of several restaurants, yet it's on a peaceful street away from the crowds. The rooms, named after a diverse selection of famous couples (Scarlet and Rhett, Sonny and Cher), have many romantic amenities, including king- and queen-size lace-canopy and four-poster beds, whirlpool tubs, cotton robes, and some working fireplaces. The cottage suite has a living room with a fireplace, kitchenette, and a Jacuzzi. In the common gathering room, you'll find a baby grand piano and extensive library. Alyce's full breakfasts are fantastic (she makes killer French toast).
