Fodor's Review:

If you're in the mood for a quiet, lovely ride winding through what the Cape might have looked like before Europeans arrived, follow Old County Road from Wellfleet to Truro on the bay side. It's bumpy and beautiful, with a stream or two along the way. So cycle on it, or drive slowly, or just stop and walk to take in the nature around you.
