Battleship Cove

Battleship Cove Review

In the past, Fall River served as a port; today the most interesting nautical site is Battleship Cove, a "floating" museum complex docked on the Taunton River. You can go aboard the 35,000-ton battleship USS Massachusetts; the destroyer USS Joseph P. Kennedy Jr.; a World War II attack sub, the USS Lionfish; two PT boats from World War II; and a Cold War-era Russian-built warship. Also on the grounds is the wooden Fall River Carousel, which was built in the 1920s. Rides cost 50.
