The second-story dining room is meant to evoke a charming Italian bistro, a cozy nook to dig into any one of a long list of antipasti, pastas (handmade tagliatelle with Bolognese is a must), and grilled meats. Sunday, dinner is served family style. Plates are meant to be shared and grazed over while enjoying a bottle or two from the all-Italian wine list. This is an unpretentious spot where candlelight and laughter usually fill the room.
