Cambridge Visitor Information Booth

Fodor's Review:

Volunteers at this kiosk outside the MBTA station entrance hand out free maps, brochures, and guides about the city. Material available includes a walking tour of historic places, an excellent list of bookstores in the area, and a guide to seasonal events. If you plan ahead you can check the organization's Web site for a walking tour available for download to your iPod. The tours are currently free but may in the future charge a fee. The booth is supervised by the Cambridge Tourism office at 4 Brattle Street.

  • Open: Weekdays 9-5, weekends 9-1
  • Metro: Harvard
