Ultrachic fashion house Louis Boston is the setting for this renovated spot, where Chef Pino Maffeo elegantly fuses Asian and Western flavors into a modern steak-house concept. Maffeo has a deft hand with meats and seafood, and a whimsical touch with amuse bouches (small bites) -- one is barbecued baby back ribs piled atop one another and served with a mouth-puckering green Thai chili sauce. Cocktails and desserts also tend more towards fun than serious cuisine.
