Fodor's Review:

Downtown Crossing is a pedestrian mall with a Macy's and a handful of decent outlets. Millennium Place, a 1.8-million-square-foot complex with a Ritz-Carlton Hotel, condos, a massive sports club, a 19-screen Loews Cineplex, and a few upscale retail stores, seems to be transforming the area, as promised, from a slightly seedy hangout to the newest happening spot.
