Fodor's Review

After years of anticipation, Jody Adams of Rialto fame has co-opened her second restaurant, Trade, where the Waterfront District crowd slips in for quiet lunches of globally inspired fare, like Asian pork belly lettuce wraps and plates of soul-warming rigatoni with lamb ragu. Come evening, the boisterous buzz begins and the lofty, white windowed space fills with the young and glamorous eager to unwind over cocktails and plates of roasted cauliflower with muhamara (a Middle Eastern red pepper–walnut dip), seared salmon, and blistered flatbreads (try the tomato four-cheese with arugula) that fly out of the open-hearth pizza oven—perfect for sharing and perfectly delicious.
