Chef Galo Lopez offers an ever-changing array of appealing tapas with a side order of good service and a tasteful atmosphere. You may try a roast vegetable soup, crab cake, or cheese plate, but the real must-have dish is the Caracoles, a plate of tender snails and caramelized onion in a rich tomato-based sauce. If you prefer an entree, the Paella comes with a half-hour wait, but it's worth it. Don't miss the Tarta de Santiago for dessert.
