In the middle of a nondescript shopping plaza, the tasteful interior is almost surprising. After passing the bar and fishtank at the front, you are seated in the back half of the restaurant, where you can order from an extensive menu of Indian classics, ranging from Kashmiri rogan josh (cubes of lamb cooked with butter, onions and spices) to mango chicken jalfrezie (sauteed with mango and mixed vegetables). The real prize here is the weekend lunch buffet, which in addition to various main dishes boasts an endless supply of delectable appetizers like vegetable pakoras (deep-fried in chickpea batter) and aloo samosas (turnovers with seasoned potatoes and peas).
