Moose and elk heads watch over diners, and the motto is "Steak, seafood, and smiles" at this large and popular chain restaurant, decorated like a rustic hunting lodge. Meals cooked on the mesquite grill include steaks and salmon, shrimp, and trout; the 32-item salad bar has many organic foods. A hearty Sunday brunch buffet includes Belgian pancakes, omelets, ham, lox and bagels, fruit, salads, and rich desserts.

Made a mistake and tried the Sunday Brunch. Quantity but no quality. The eggs might just as well have been dipped in fat before frying. Took hours to get the taste out of our mouths. Yuch
