Within the Mass MoCA complex, the mood and style of this upscale casual eatery makes it easy to forget you are inside a former factory building, and the eclectic menu, ranging from sautéed sweetbreads to paella, has helped draw a loyal following. Chef-owner Alexander Smith relies on organic meats and locally grown produce when possible, adding serious zip with sauces made from wasabi and fire-roasted poblano peppers.
