Fodor's Review:

The newly-restored Colonial Theatre looks like the inside of a jewel box, with modern seats built to look like vintage. First opened in 1903, the theater hosted stars like Helen Hayes and Al Jolson; now guests fill the 775 seats to see artists like Audra McDonald and James Taylor, off-Broadway musical tryouts, comedy, and children's theater.
