At the far end of North Street, just when you think you've explored the dining options in downtown Pittsfield, you'll discover a tempting reason to pause for a cup of cappuccino and a sfogliattel. Its high ceilings, massive wood coffee bar, huge mirrors, hardwood floors, and opera music are as inviting as the cheesecake, focaccia, pastry, frittata, and quiche.
