Fodor's Review:
When you enter this late 19th-century white clapboard house, a broad staircase and gracious rooms invite you into warm, period surroundings. Fresh flowers, a piano, and game boards complement the common rooms. The period decor extends into the bedrooms, some of which have fireplaces and canopied beds; three rooms have the added amenity of opening onto the screened porch overlooking a stream. In the morning, you're treated to a full breakfast, and afternoon tea is served with home-baked goods. And before dinner, take a walk along the water or a stroll through the perennial gardens.
