Although this inn is 4 mi from Sheffield, it's well worth the trip. The house was built for the Worthington family in 1900, and their collection of Egyptian pieces graces the common rooms and bedrooms, including reproductions of the royal chair and Nubian guard from King Tut's tomb and a brass bed. For breakfast, such specialties of the house as cinnamon pancakes are served in either the dining room or on the patio. Complimentary afternoon tea or wine is served upon request. Bedrooms are spacious and each is named for a heroine of opera.
