A former 19th-century, French country school house has been converted into this unique place in downtown Lee. The rooms are quite large (some are even big enough for two queen beds), with 13-foot embossed ceilings and state-of-the-art baths. Amish-style furniture fits nicely with the architecture and is attractive and comfortable. There are no common rooms; you choose breakfast from a breakfast card, and it's delivered to your room each morning in a basket. Pros: good value, spacious suites, restaurants within walking distance. Cons: limited choices for breakfast, walls are somewhat thin.
