Berkshire Theatre Festival

Fodor's Review:

Since 1929, the Berkshire Theatre Festival has presented plays nightly in the summer months. BTF has two theaters: the Main Stage and the Unicorn. The four plays presented each summer on the Main Stage tend to be of better-known vehicles with established actors. The Unicorn, a smaller theater, mounts experimental plays and new works. Check with the theater for special events such as play readings, talk-backs (where you can discuss a play with the author and actors), and concerts.
