Antique furnishings and feather comforters are among the accents in the guest rooms of this 1906 Georgian Revival inn. Each of the rooms in the adjacent "cottage" has a decorative theme, such as Kashmir, St. Andrews, or Provence, and the suites in the barn emphasize the Berkshires. Many rooms have gas fireplaces, flat-screen TVs, and whirlpool tubs. Innkeepers Jeff Bell and Lisa Moorehouse serve breakfast in their elegant dining room and provide wine and cheese every evening.

We thought we would be happy staying here but it's actually almost on top of the massachusetts turnpike and Rte. 7 too bad we didn't see this review here first. Our room was so noisy and dirty there were cobwebs everywhere, and I don't think the bed linens were changed in weeks. The smell was like an old basement too. Not only was our bathroom tiny, it was freezing without any heat and when we turned the heat on it was unlike anything I've ever smelled
before. There was no full breakfast it was juice and coffee and bagels and no one was even there. We are so disappointed with our stay we are going to file a complaint with the local business bureau because the charges were outrageous and our advice...save your money and find something more private and closer to town and the museums!
