Built in 1886, the 49-passenger Rebecca T. Ruark (21308 Phillips Rd., at Dogwood Harbor. 410/829-3976 or 410/886-2176. www.skipjack.org) , captained by owner Wade Murphy Jr., offers hands-on learning charters from early April into late October. She is the oldest working skipjack on the Bay, and is one of several skipjacks designated as National Historic Landmarks.
