Every seat in this vast restaurant overlooks St. Michaels Harbor and the Miles River, every window framing its own scene; the deck is also open. Favorites among patrons are fresh seafood dishes like sesame-seared tuna and grilled Atlantic salmon, as well as roast duck with dried cherry glaze—their preparation carefully supervised by award-wining restaurateur Michael Rork. If you just can't decide, tackle the Land and Sea Buffet. For a finale, sample some strawberries hand-dipped in chocolate. Keep in mind that the price of entrées vary with the cost of crabs, going up and down with the season.
