Every seat in this vast restaurant overlooks St. Michaels Harbor and the Miles River, every window framing its own scene; the deck is also open. Favorites among patrons are fresh seafood dishes like sesame-seared tuna and grilled Atlantic salmon, as well as roast duck with dried cherry glaze—their preparation carefully supervised by award-wining restaurateur Michael Rork.
