Inn on Potomac Review
Just a few blocks from the City Park, with restaurants and shopping, this restored century-old mansion is a gem. Ornately carved wooden beds and period furnishings coexist with flat-screen TVs in each of the four rooms, and two suites have Jacuzzi bathtubs. Breakfast is complimentary and might include quiche seasoned with herbs from the inn's garden. Visit the attached Tranquility Salon and Spa for a comforting warm stone massage, reviving rosemary mint body wrap, facial, or hair services with Aveda products. Afterwards, relax a bit more on the comfortable porch.
