Gertrude's

Fodor's Review:

In the Baltimore Museum of Art, this casual yet classy spot cooks up creative Maryland cuisine. Crab cakes, served in many forms, are one option, as are cornmeal-encrusted catfish or one of the many daily specials. In warm weather the outdoor terrace overlooking the sculpture garden makes for very pleasant dining. During the day, large windows brighten up the main dining space, which has a nautical theme. John Shields, the chef and owner, has won accolades for his homey, regional menu.
