Corks

Fodor's Review:

The creative American cuisine here is as stellar as the impressive wine list, and the waitstaff are adept at pairing wines with dishes. Corks helped up the ante in Federal Hill fine dining. Start with a made-in-house mozzarella on top of a salad or the artisan macaroni and cheese. Other outstanding options on the seasonal menu might include monkfish osso buco or braised veal breast with woodland mushrooms. It's so cozy in the dimly lighted, wood-panel dining room that you may never want to leave.
