A mid-17th-century fishing cabin with dark timbers and a fieldstone fireplace forms the heart of this historic inn, which now includes several neighboring buildings that have been added over the years. Reflecting that, there are smaller rooms furnished with antiques and country pieces, cozy B&B-style quarters, and suite-like modern rooms with amenities like whirlpool tubs and gas fireplaces. In 2012, the inn added the 1899 Chapman Cottage, with seven country-luxe rooms
with Jacuzzi tubs and private decks. The dining room has great ocean views and banquette seating offset with rich fabrics.
