Primo Review
Owner-chef Melissa Kelley and her world-class gourmet restaurant in a restored Victorian home have won many awards and been written about favorably in Vanity Fair, Town and Country, and Food and Wine. The cuisine combines fresh Maine ingredients with Mediterranean influences. The menu, which changes daily, may include wood-roasted black sea bass, local crab-stuffed turbot, or diver-harvested scallop and basil ravioli. Pastry chef and co-owner Price Kushner creates unusual and delectable desserts such as Cannoli Siciliana, featuring crushed pistachios and amarena cherries.
