Department of Marine Resources Aquarium

Fodor's Review:

The Department of Marine Resources Aquarium has a petting pool where you can pet a baby shark, tide pools where you can see marine creatures up close, and tanks with rare blue lobsters. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the views of Boothbay Harbor.

  • Cost: $5
  • Open: Memorial Day-Sept. 30, daily 10-5
