One of Maine's best courses, the Kebo Valley Golf Club (Eagle Lake Rd. 207/288-3000. www.kebovalleygolfclub.com) is a classic links-style 18-hole course. Peak season greens fees are $75. You can play 9 or 18 holes of miniature golf at Pirates Cove Adventure Golf (Rte. 3. 207/288-2133).

The Northeast Harbor Golf Club (15 Sargeant Dr. 207/276-5335. Mid-May-mid-Nov.) has an 18-hole course originally built in 1895. Peak-season greens fees are $85 to walk and $109 to ride. The club may close to the public during holiday weekends.
