Overlooking Northeast Harbor, this lodging offers clean, comfortable accommodations. Many of the guest rooms have views of the marina or the surrounding mountains. A short distance from the center of the village, the inn is close enough to walk to shops and galleries, but far enough away to feel a bit secluded. Adjacent to the inn, the Main Sail restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dine inside or out on the deck. Two rooms are handicapped accessible and two are available to smokers—but no pets. Pros: Nicely kept with good views of the harbor. Con: Not near downtown shopping.
