Fodor's Review

Part of the Jean Lafitte National Historical Park, this impressive center has well-executed exhibits tracing the history and culture of the Prairie Acadians, whose lore and customs differ from those of the Bayou Acadians south of Lafayette. Food, crafts, and music demonstrations are held on Saturday.
