Sandwiched between a forlorn stretch of the Interstate 10 overpass and the Medical District, this friendly lounge—named for a dapper regular customer of the notorious brothel that used to occupy the site—offers daily drink and menu specials, happy hour cookouts on the back patio, and on Thursday, Friday and, often Saturday, a rotating cast of DJs. It's not on many tourist maps, but it's casually hip and worth seeking out.
