The most eclectic mix of music, food, and people can be found on Frenchmen Street, and Three Muses captures everything that makes this vibrant stretch of the Faubourg Marigny worth seeking out. The small-plates menu by chef Daniel Esses traverses the globe, with standout delicacies including smoked duck pizza, lemongrass short ribs, french fries with feta cheese, and Korean-style tofu bulgogi. The kitchen devotes special attention to the vegetarian offerings. There's live acoustic music most nights, too. With a no reservations policy and a tiny dining room, you'll almost always have to wait.
