Two century-old warehouses have been converted into a French colonial-style hotel that is comfortable, architecturally distinctive, and moderately priced. The grand lobby has original hardwood floors and exposed brick walls, and the lobby bar overlooks a pool and a lush garden courtyard. Rooms are large and airy, with four-poster beds and wood floors; many overlook a small park. The hotel is on the edge of the Warehouse District, directly across the street from the Convention Center; it's within walking distance of several moderately-priced restaurants, including Wolfe's in the Warehouse, Rio Mar, and 7 on Fulton.
