The Westin New Orleans Canal Place Review

The two great views possible at this large convention hotel are enviable: two-story arched lobby windows overlook the French Quarter and rooms tower over the great bend in the Mississippi River. On the 11th floor of the Canal Place shopping mall, this Westin boasts European antiques, jardinieres, and a grand piano, all set against a Rose Carrara marble background. Daily tea is served here or in the River 127 Restaurant. Rooms have marble foyers and baths. Perks on the two executive floors include complimentary Continental breakfast and afternoon hors d'oeuvres.
