An old-school gem in the midst of Bourbon Street's many venues with bad cover bands, this Dixieland music club, built in the style of the old jazz halls, has tight rows of seating close to the stage and floating barmaids. Drinks cost a little more, but there's never a cover charge. Shows nightly.

SO glad we found this place ... tucked in tidy like towards the busy end of Bourbon Street. While drinks are spendy, and must have one in hand at all times ... sip slowly, sit back and enjoy the music. The musicians are WELL seasoned and talented performers, who most likely appear in other venues throughout the city. But when together, they pull off crowd pleasing, hand-clapping, body swaying jazz/fest. loved the ambiance of the golden low-lighted
bar. Guests are packed in tightly embracing the foundation of what Bourbon should be all about. ... it's music. We made this stop are main location EVERY night.
