A charming sliver of a building on a busy stretch of St. Charles Avenue, Delachaise looks as if it was air-dropped straight from Paris. Offering a carefully chosen (and reasonably priced) selection of beer, liquor, and wines by the glass, the menu also sports brasserie fare—mussels, pommes frites, cheese platters—in appetizer-size portions, and the long, slender room and plush banquettes make you feel like you've wandered into the lounge car of a particularly elegant train.
