Fodor's Review:

Chef Scott Boswell has evolved into one of the city's most innovative and daring culinarians. Try Canadian lobster, blue foot, and chanterelle mushroom risotto for starters. The almond- and herb-crusted boneless Australian rack of lamb is strictly upscale comfort food, the perfect prelude to chocolate cake with hot buttered lemonade. Stella! now sits comfortably among New Orleans's best fine dining restaurants.
