Pfister Hotel Review

Built in 1893, this grande dame has aged gracefully, receiving upgrades and updates as needed, while maintaining its Victorian elegance. A member of both the Historic Hotels of American and Preferred Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, the Pfister boasts something none of its peers can—the largest Victorian art collection of any hotel in the world. The 80 artworks add to the overall architectural beauty of the hotel, which includes a stunning lobby, complete with barrel-vaulted painted ceiling and ornately gilded columns. The WELL Spa and Blu cocktail lounge are popular for couples and girls' weekends, and the 23rd-floor indoor pool combines a recreational swim with riveting views of the surrounding downtown Milwaukee.
