Restrooms
Facilities are readily available in tourist areas and throughout the downtown malls, Navy Pier, North Pier, and in many larger department stores. For the most part, restrooms are quite clean. Along the lakefront and in the park districts, public facilities close in wintertime. Most gas stations have restrooms, though sanitation standards vary.
