The Caliterra Bar & Grille. The seasonal orientation of the West Coast merges with old-world Italian recipes in dishes such as gnocchi Bolognese, hazelnut-crusted sea bass, and braised veal shank. The wood-trimmed dining room flows into a display kitchen and adjacent jazz lounge, so wherever you sit, there's something to look at should the conversation lag.
