Sushi Wabi

Sushi Wabi Review

This funky West Loop sushi restaurant dances to an industrial-pop sound—on weekend evenings, at least, when the DJ turns up the beat (club attitude suffices on weekdays). The urban-chic brick-and-exposed-steel interior draws a young, martini-swilling crowd. Superior sushi and maki rolls along with straightforward entrées such as grilled peppercorn-crusted tuna with soy and lemon bring substance to the style haunt.
