Fodor's Review:

The anchor of the North-Milwaukee-Damen intersection is the striking triangular Northwest Tower Building, used as a reference point from miles around. The beautiful facade of the North Avenue Baths Building, near the intersection of Milwaukee and Damen avenues, is a clue to its past life when it was a storied meeting spot for politicians who cut deals in the hot steam rooms, where it was difficult to plant wire taps.
