312 Chicago

312 Chicago Review

Part handy hotel restaurant, part Loop power diner, and all Italian down to its first-generation chef, Luca Corazzina, 312 Chicago earns its popularity with well-executed dishes that range from rigatoni Bolognese to Tuscan bistecca—grilled rib-eye steak with arugula and potato wedges. We're tempted to carbo-load on the house-baked bread alone but make sure to save room for Italian-inspired desserts like vanilla cheesecake with polenta cookies and Fabbri Amarena cherries. Note that upstairs tables are quieter.

  • Chicago and Where Else

We've never been to Chicago other than changing planes.

We'd like to go for a few days but that's a lot of flying to spend 3-4 days in one place.

    Any add-ons in the area?

    Thanks. Read more
