Cyrano's Bistrot Wine Bar & Cabaret

Fodor's Review:

Cyrano's flies under the radar in restaurant-rich River North, which works to your advantage if you want a spontaneous meal. Chef and owner Didier Durand presents the food of his birthplace, Bergerac, in this cheerful restaurant. Traditional starters such as onion tart and bouillabaisse lead into mains of rotisserie chicken, rabbit, and duck. The wine list includes many vintages from lesser-known producers in southern France. The basement cabaret doles out free nibbles with drinks at happy hour.
