The Capital Grille

Fodor's Review:

The Chicago outpost of this steak-house chain manages to hold its own among the local players. You can see prime steaks being dry aged in a glassed-in room. The menu also includes a strong selection of fresh fish and shellfish. The decor avoids some of the steak-house clichés by mixing mounted deer heads and portraits in oil.
