Snagging our award for the most Zen Chinese restaurant in town is this spot with minimalist black-and-gray decor and soothing water walls. The food livens up the scene, with regional Chinese fare, including Sichuan, Hunan, and Cantonese dishes, and plenty of the tried-and-true sesame chicken and Kung Pao chicken. A dozen or so small-plate starters, generous main courses, and several sides encourage sharing, making this a good choice for the gang.
