Ben Pao

Fodor's Review:

Snagging our award for the most Zen Chinese restaurant in town is this spot, with its minimalist black-and-gray decor and soothing water walls. The food livens up the scene, with spicy noodles, Cantonese roast duck, and plenty of the tried-and-true sesame chicken and kung pao chicken. A dozen or so small-plate starters and the Asian hot pot dish—a sort of fondue that uses bubbling broth to cook meat—encourage sharing, making this a good choice for the gang.
