With apologies to Chinatown, Chicago is really a Thai town when it comes to outstanding Asian food. The assets here include a prime location three blocks south of Wrigley Field, good service, and even better dishes. Not only are prices low, but there is no liquor license (pick up a six-pack of Singha beer from the liquor store down the street), saving you the mark-up. Bargain hunters should hit the $11.75 buffet, available Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday. Come on foot during Cubs games when parking is near impossible.
