Chicago Restaurants

Vivo Review

Vivo was trendy on this west-of-the-Loop stretch long before Randolph Street's restaurant row got hot, and it still draws a crowd. It may be slightly more about the scene—brick walls, black ceiling, open wine racks, and lots of pretty people—than the cuisine, but you'll find reliable Italian fare as well as a fun evening. You can't go wrong with bruschetta, osso buco, house-made ravioli, and free-range lamb chops.
