Greektown is fairly labeled monotonous, cuisine-wise. But Costa's betters its many neighbors in both looks and taste. The multilevel Hellenic interior has terra-cotta tile work and rough-textured white walls and archways. There's a generous assortment of mezes (tapas-like Greek appetizers), traditional salt fish, kebobs, and roast leg of lamb. Live piano and the enthusiasm of diners tend to send the decibels soaring.
