Fodor's Review:

The city's most celebrated pastry chef, Mindy Segal, strikes out solo at Hot Chocolate, a hit with, as you might expect, a really great dessert selection ranging from a creative soufflé tart with salted caramel ice cream and homemade pretzels to a myriad milk shakes and hot-chocolate flavors with homemade marshmallows. How sweet, and how swamped, it is. The savory menu is well-crafted, with choices such as a Berkshire pork tenderloin with spaetzle and a tuna melt made with tuna poached in olive oil, wild capers, and Wisconsin cheese.
